About
I design for two audiences at once: the user and the P&L. I make complicated things feel obvious, designing products that ship, scale and earn their keep. Across 8+ years in health, human optimisation, and emerging platforms, the best work I've done has always done both at once.
I think in systems and work end-to-end, taking complex, ambiguous problems and turning them into products that feel simple, from a startup's first release to features shipping to tens of millions. I care as much about why something ships as what ships.
I stay close to the data and close to the build: analysing how people really use a product, stripping out what gets in the way, and partnering tightly with engineers, PMs and analysts to ship. To me, great design is clarity, fewer steps, sharper decisions, and better outcomes.
